Last November 4, The Cubao held their Interview and Mailing Evangelism in Project 3 area where the house chapel is located. They left the leaflets at every door steps and mail box of every house they pass. They also interviewed some people who are willing to talk with them regarding the Word of God in the Bible. The brethren also invited some less fortunate families to be with them on December 10 for "Alis Lungkot…Bigay Saya" (remove loneliness…give joy). The brethren were able to invite forty two families who will receive goods, clothes and toys as well as Bible tracts and literatures.

The brethren in Cubao held their We C.A.R.E. seminar last November 5. Brother Danni shared what he learned from the care group of Singapore brethren when he was invited last summer. He mentioned the role of care group in the physical growth of the church as well as in the spiritual growth of each member. He taught the purpose and structure of care group. He challenged the brethren to bring the Lord’s Church into higher level. Questions and answers were held after the lecture of brother Danni. The brethren will discussed more about having care group on their next church meeting.

It was a two-day camp that gives time for all to grow closer to God and be mature and have the mind of Christ. It was also a time for both men and women to have separate seminars after the family Bible study. It was a different workshop that gave the men on how to make a short lesson that can be apply for the growth of the
family. Each of them is allowed to deliver their created lesson for ten minutes. The feedbacks among all men are good and they all like the workshop.
For the women, sister Pinky, sister Nancy and sister Connie were the speakers. They discuss the different topics on the ladies theme for family camp "Strengthening Your Grip on the Family."

It was a wonderful afternoon for Parent’s and kid’s at Marikina chapel. The Marikina brethren held their parent’s day in order to give chance to know what their kids learned on Sunday class. The parents and kids were given a time for bonding and fellowshipping with one another together with Marikina brethren. Brother Danni is the main speaker during the gospel meeting held for the parents. He spoke about on "How To Have The True Salvation From God."
After the lecture, the parents were given a form to fill up and write down the names of every member of their family and their complete address. Wichita Connection Update: This year has been a blessing for all of us as we continue to give God the glory and honor. A group of 7 members from the churches of Christ in Wichita is getting ready to go to the Philippines on February 12-26, 2007. The group of 5 people and their families, the Bible study group and friends met at our house on December 31st to send off Gabriel Yankey to do mission work in Ghana, Africa (Jan 2-Jan24) and we showed slides of the work in Africa and the Philippines. We had a good fellowship and enjoyed the food also. Please continue to pray for the mission effort in February. May the blessing of the Lord be with you in 2007.
