Muntinlupa Church of Christ Update:

Greetings, I apologize for my delayed report.
We continue with our home Bible Studies and, Bible Correspondence course, and campus ministry.

We have 80 students for Bible correspondence course and 5 home Bible studies and two weddings this last month, I officiate both of their weddings on the same date, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Christopher Randolph Baronsson & Maria Elena Gorgonia and Alexander Abordo & May DeLuna. Please refer to the picture. Danny Devera and Gina Catalan are principal sponsors on Alex and May’s wedding.

Attached also are some of the picture in Muntinlupa Congregation taken just last week: Charles Ray Gallardo our second child song leading in the congregation and pictures of Muntinlupa Youth and Children. Also the family of one of our brothers in Christ who was converted inside prison, Roger’s family visiting and having lunch with us in our little house.

Cubao and Marikina Churches of Christ Update:

Campaigns ... A monthly house-to-house campaign for Jesus by Metro Manila Churches of Christ was hosted by Las Pinas church last July 14. It was great to be a part of this monthly campaign held in different part of Metro Manila in order to reach out the lost souls. As part of the Body of Christ the Cubao and Marikina continue to cooperate with Churches of Christ around Metro Manila. Despite of hot weather and rain showers from time to time, the brethren are helping one another encouraging every people they met. They are rejoicing as they work together for the furtherance of His kingdom.
In the afternoon, the preachers and leaders have their monthly meeting and discuss more about the improvement of evangelism on their respective areas. They also discuss future programs, projects of Church of Christ in Metro Manila
Tutorial Center… One of the most exciting new ministries of Marikina church is the tutorial center. It was great because parents and neighbors are beginning to appreciate this ministry and they are beginning to understand about the Church of Christ. Brother Mike does his best in handling and teaching the kids how to write and read most especially spiritual songs for the kids.
Baptism... Last July 15 another soul was immersed for the forgiveness of her sins. Rosemarie Sengco a mother of three kids is frequently attending at a born-again group and at catholic group. She was known by brother Danni during the annual charity work of Cubao the "Alis Lungkot…Bigay Saya" program last December. After brother Danni conducted Bible study on their home, Rosemarie constantly worshipping the Lord in Cubao together with her kids before her baptism. She decided to obey the Lord after series of studies with brother Joel and sister Nancy. She is hoping that her eldest daughter will obey the Lord too.
The workers of Cubao and Marikina are now conducting rigid follow up to all WBS students residing on their areas. They are praying that God will bless their work.
PARENTS, STUDENTS, TEACHER FELLOWSHIP… Last July 28, Parents, students, teachers fellowship was held in Marikina. It was a day for the parents of enrolled kids at tutorial center to know the development of their children after a month of study. Parents are very thankful and grateful to all workers of Friendship Road Church of Christ in Marikina. It was also time for bros. Mike and Danni to encourage parents to be active in Bible study every Saturday. Parents are all excited upon hearing the plan and projects of tutorial center.
Men's Training Program... Last July 29 brother Danni started to stir the spirit of all men, old and young men are need to participate the once a month training program in Marikina. Brother Danni encourages every man to be more evangelistic and study hard to become a good preacher. The men agreed to do this training program every month.

Nutrition Day... As part of the program of department of education that July is a month of nutrition in every elementary school. The brethren in Marikina decided to have also nutrition day for tutorial center. Sister Tina Saison helps in preparing nutritious food for the kids. Parents are encouraged, kids are happy and the church was blessed. It was a blessing to see the kids at their young age learning how to have fellowship with one another. Kids also receive nutritious pack of snacks before going home.












May our God bless us all as we continue working together in bringing the children closer to the Lord’s Church.

WE CARE Christian Center:

The ministry helped in purchasing chairs for the day care center in Cebu City. Here's an exceprt of their letter:

The pictures attached was taken during School days at WE CARE CHRISTIAN CENTER, during feeding program last July 30,2007 and our new class rooms and some facilities. Our Church building will be use every weekdaysfor the WCCC. After our feeding program last July 30, we agreed with all the parents and staff that we will do this every last monday of the month (depends of the budget) we fed more than a hundred kids, our attendance was 164 including the 52 adults or parents. We also start our program to offer a free hair cut for those kids 4-9 years old who can't afford to pay the barber, we will give them a stab and give it to Barber shop in Babag (Php 25.00/$ 0.55 every hair cut).

Davao church of Christ Update:

Dear bro.Dale and sis. Remy,

Have a nice day!.May this letter find you prospering in Christ.

For the month of August: I'm continuing to have an Bible study of the group of people in Davao city Jail, also I'm going with the elder men to have an bible study at rehabilatation here in Davao city and to have personal bible studies.

Last August 24, our congregation; the Bucana held an LOCK-IN (overnight activities) for the youth for strengthen the faith and to firm the bonding of youth in Christ.

As of now These are my work prior in this place (Davao city)I'm looking forward to have an out of town work.I asking of prayer that God will make a way to make it.

Thanks for financial help for church work particular here in Davao province, may the Lord continue to bless you together with your family.
